The aim of this bachelor thesis is to describe the course of managerial planning and quality improvement. The thesis starts with a description of basic concepts related to the subject and their expansion.Continues with the quality planning phase, where I describe two quality planning methods. On this part follows chapter of quality improvement. Here I divided the subject and described it. In the penultimate chapter, I focused on the two most important methods used in planning and improving quality. The last chapter focuses on human factor in quality planning and improvement and its impact on the effectiveness of the described methods. In the end, I summed up my findings and evaluated them.

This master´s thesis deals with marketing research of customer satisfaction of Akademie Caffé and subsequent evaluation of this research based on questionnaire as a research instrument. An important part of this work are also suggestions and recommendations that lead to increased satisfaction, thereby increasing sales and gaining a better position in the market.
